Sikinos: A Tranquil Oasis Nestled between Ios and Folegandros, Sikinos is a serene haven untouched by mass tourism. With its winding cobblestone streets, traditional whitewashed houses, and breathtaking vistas of the Aegean Sea, Sikinos exudes an old-world charm. Explore the island's historic sites, such as the Monastery of Zoodochos Pigi and the ancient ruins of Episkopi, or simply relax on its secluded beaches, including Agios Georgios and Dialiskari. With its laid-back atmosphere and untouched beauty, Sikinos offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The ferry only arrives and departs this island every 2 days, which means there isn't a lot of tourism and we found this island to be very local. We felt like traveling in time to the Greece of the 1950's.

Every day we were there we found beaches where we were completely alone and this was high season!
