Villa Cozzano has been in the family since 1543, initially serving as a home for farmers tending to the surrounding lands. Over the centuries, it transformed into a cultural center where families from Tuscany and Umbria gathered. The Lazzerini family not only hosted peasants but also operated as the main vendor for Cozzano's products. The villa played a significant role during difficult times, providing shelter for those escaping both world wars. Following urbanization post-war, the villa was abandoned until a restoration project led by Manuela Lazzerini and Cristiano Fabrizi from 1996 to 2013 revived it. Today, Cozzano welcomes guests from around the world.
