INNspiring travels is a social travel blog that showcases authentic & highly rated hotels and places to stay around the world while contributing a progressive amount of its earnings (from 5% to 15% in 5 years) through affiliate programs to making a positive impact in local disadvantaged communities. Our aim is to encourage conscious travel that helps the world be a better place. TECHO (teh-choh) is a youth-led non-profit organization that works in informal settlements to create a just society without poverty. Today over 200 million people live in poverty in Latin America and the Caribbean. No proper home, no potable water, sewage, or electricity access. Our mission is to change that reality, working to create system-changing solutions to end poverty and shape a future we all want to live in.

Hey! It's Irene.
Hello and welcome! I'm Irene, the Spanish creator from Madrid behind INNspiring travels, a social travel blog dedicated to showcasing the world's most beautiful hotels and authentic places to stay. My journey as a traveler began at a young age, traveling the world with my family and exploring new destinations on every ocassion. However, it wasn't until my 20s that my passion for travel really took off. This desire to see the world and learn about other cultures, combined with my deep desire to help others, led me to create this blog. It’s my way of sharing my love for travel, while also making a difference in the world.
When I’m not traveling or sharing my experiences through the blog, I’m dedicated to my work in education. I currently serve as the Director of Marketing and Communications for an educational institution with 10 schools in Spain, a role that also allows me to combine my love for education with my passion for making a positive impact. This dual focus on education and travel has shaped my worldview and strengthened my commitment to promoting conscious travel.
I’m an avid believer that travel is a way to not only experience the world but to understand and appreciate cultures, make lifelong connections, and contribute to something greater than ourselves.
